Ordinary
- Can participate in all meetings

Affiliate
- Trainees in ophthalmic oncology as well as other medical and non-medical persons with a documented involvement in any field of ophthalmic oncology
- Must pay annual dues
- Can participate in all meetings
- Must pay registration for meetings
- Cannot vote
- Shall be elected by the Executive Council
Honorary
- Persons distinguished for eminent services to medicine and ocular oncology.
- Nominated by the Executive Council
- Requires 2/3 majoridity of ordinary members approval
- Can attend meetings
- Must pay registration for meetings
- Can participate in discussions
- Can vote
- Do not pay annual dues
Emeritus
- On retirement, an ordinary member who has attended at least 4 regular meetings can become emeritus
- Must request emeritus status in writing to the Executive Council
- Can be nominated to emeritus status by the Executive Council and the nominee should respond in writing
- Emeritus status is for life
- Can attend meetings
- Must pay registration for meetings
- Cannot vote
- Cannot serve as officer
- Do not pay annual dues
Resignation
Notice of retirement or resignation must be submitted in writing.
Dues
$150.00
Failure of payment after multiple notices will result in removal from the society.
