Bylaws Committee

The Bylaws Committee is tasked with ensuring that the ISOO operates in alignment with its bylaws. This committee reviews and recommends necessary adjustments to the society's bylaws to the executive board.

Committee Responsibilities and Process:

• Reviews society bylaws and suggests updates to reflect evolving needs.

• Meets as needed throughout the year and presents at the bi-annual Congress business meeting.

• Any changes to the bylaws require approval by a majority vote of the members.
